General Information about Bonuses and Offers
- Offers are available only to players who have registered an account and meet the other eligibility requirements to play on the site. Please note that a set loss limit may prevent the use of already earned rewards if the limit has been reached.
- Offers are available only to recreational players. At its discretion, the site reserves the right to deny a player's participation in offers.
- All offers are valid for 3 days from the time they are received, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of the offer.
- Redeemed rewards and benefits earned through the rewards program are valid for 3 months from the date of redemption or earning. We reserve the right to invalidate unused rewards after this period.
- By claiming a bonus or any other offer from the site, the player accepts these terms.
- Unless otherwise specified in the offer’s own terms, offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, residential address, phone number, payment method, and shared network environment (e.g. library or workplace). The restriction also applies overall to offers where an additional bonus is granted on top of the standard welcome offer for opening an account or making a first deposit: you may use only one additional benefit at the time of registration or the first deposit.
- We reserve the right to reject any bonuses or other offers, as well as any winnings derived from them, if the player is deemed to have abused the bonuses or offers.
- We reserve the right to change or cancel offers and bonuses at any time.
- The maximum withdrawal from no-deposit bonuses, free spins, or other similar offers is capped at €50 in cases where the player has not made a first deposit before receiving the benefit. To withdraw winnings from no-deposit bonuses, the player must make any deposit before submitting a withdrawal request. Please note that the minimum withdrawal amount is €30.
- Bonus and promotion terms are an addition to the site’s general terms and conditions. The general terms and conditions apply to all offers.
Weekly Surprise
- The Weekly Surprise rewards the most active players every Monday. The content of the surprise is personalized and based on the player’s overall gaming activity.
- To qualify for the Weekly Surprise, the player must have at least three active gaming and deposit days during the week (Mon–Sun).
- Surprises are credited on Mondays. The exact crediting time may vary, but will always occur no later than 18:00. Once credited, the reward can be activated in the Rewards section of the account.
Monthly Bonus
- The Monthly Bonus rewards activity from the previous month. The content of the bonus is personalized and based on the player’s overall gaming activity.
- To qualify for the Monthly Bonus, the player must have at least €1,000 in wagering during the month. Wagering volume = all stakes in all games, whether won or lost.
- Bonuses are credited within 3 business days after the start of the new month. Once credited, the reward can be activated in the Rewards section of the account.
Win Missions
- In Win Missions, players must achieve specific win multipliers (win/bet) in designated games. The available challenges and their games can be found in the “Missions” section of the account menu.
- There are two types of Win Missions: those that can be completed with any bet size, and those requiring a minimum bet of €1. Each Mission specifies the required bet level.
- To complete a Win Mission, the player must reach the required win multiplier in a single game round. Each mission has a progress bar showing the highest multiplier achieved so far compared to the target. Example: If the required multiplier is 50x and you’ve reached 25x, the bar is halfway filled. However, a single 50x win is needed to earn the reward.
- Win Missions and their games change periodically. The date of the next update is displayed at the top of the “Missions” section. After an update, any uncompleted challenges from the previous period can no longer be finished.
- Win Missions can also be completed using a purchased bonus game or a similar feature. Note that the round’s purchase price is used for the calculation, not the base bet.
Example: You buy an in-game feature for €100 based on a €1 bet and win €120. In the Win Mission, your multiplier is 1.2x – not 120x.
Free Spins / Super Spins / Mega Spins
- Winnings from free spins are paid without wagering requirements. The amount won from free spins is added to the player’s balance as cash.
- Free spins are always granted on the game(s) specified in the terms of the offer. We reserve the right to change the selected games during an offer if circumstances beyond our control, such as a technical issue, require it.
- Free spins are always valid for at least the time specified in the offer’s own terms. If no time is specified, free spins are valid for a minimum of 3 days.
- If free spins are offered as part of a deposit-based promotion, the deposit made to claim the spins must be wagered at least once before submitting a withdrawal request. We reserve the right to void winnings from free spins if this condition is not met. Please note that table and live casino games contribute only 15% of the wagered amount toward meeting the deposit wagering requirement.
Cash Bonuses and Other Offers
- Cash bonuses are free of wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of the offer.
- If claiming an offer requires a deposit, the minimum qualifying deposit amount will be stated in the offer’s own terms. If no amount is specified, the minimum is €20.
- If claiming an offer requires a deposit, the deposit must be wagered at least once before submitting a withdrawal request. We reserve the right to void winnings from offers if this condition is not met. Please note that table and live casino games contribute only 15% of the wagered amount toward meeting the deposit wagering requirement.
- When claiming the welcome offer, or any other offer with multiple stages, the previous deposit must be wagered before making a new deposit.
